QUETTA: The government of Balochistan has dropped eight of the nine cases against Baloch nationalist leader Nawab Khair Bukhsh Marri and his son Hayr-byar Marri.
Balochistan Chief Minister Aslam Raisani made an announcement in this regard on Monday.
The only case in which Nawab Khair Bukhsh Marri is still involved relates to the murder of Justice Nawaz Marri.
The move comes as part of the recompilation policy adopted by the PPP government after coming into power.
Cheif minister Balochistan Aslam Raisani has dropped 8 out of 9 cases against Baloch nationalist leader Nawab Khair Baksh Marri and his son Hayr Byar Marri. Only 1 case is against him that is (Justice Nawaz Mari murder) who was killed in 2000.
