Balochs, all over the world, are watching your promises of,"CHANGE" in U.S. policy, which we expect a just change as regards the question of "ethnic minority" groups of Iran and Pakistan and elsewhere. As regards Baluchistan, Iran occupied a western zone in 1932 and Pakistan occupied it in 1948.
The change in your foreign policy shall give freedom to Balochistan like France and other European countries by defeating the Hitler of Nazi Germany. Fall of Berlin wall is the other example for the emancipation of dozen of States in Central Asia and in East Europe, leaving the recent example of Balkanization of Yugoslavia, which if it was not dissolved, was a great threat to the International Community. This is the same case with Iran and Pakistan.
Balochs dream for their freedom, who are called black Makurani in both Iran and Pakistan. An entire Baluch nation which is kept in stone age, discriminated and deprived from education, employment, civil rights and are treated like slaves, denying their right of land, right of property, right of honour, right of life and right on their mineral resources but are treated worst than coloured people of United States of America, where Martin Luther King had loudly screamed about his dream for equality.
Balochs and all the ethnic minorities of the world believe for a change for a new American foreign policy to form nation states like Europe which can be easily governed and controlled. The newly created States, created on ethnic basis shall get direct access of social, economic and political management with the civilised world as the recent system of appointing a certain nation to rule on behalf of the ex/European colonial powers has been totally failed because.....such States after sucking the blood of their own ethnic minorities, have become like a monster and are confronting their neighbours and with the International Community with the power of Missiles, Chemical and Atom/bombs.
Balochs believe that Democratic Party shall bring a change in their foreign policy by respecting the civil rights of Baluchs and their right of self/determination, because the majority chauvinist nations like Punjabis and Persian have monopoly over all thing and they shall never stop their lucrative business, even in a Government of Federal System in Pakistan and in Iran or elsewhere. Even the educated and progressive elements of leisure class of Persians and Punjabis are against the civil rights of the ethnic minorities. It is really a wonder.
The secret of making this world a paradise...... is the forming of national States on the basis of ethnic minorities, which shall surely happen after the
CHANGE in the present United States foreign policy by accepting the right of self determination in accordance with the Charter of United Nations
