It is a black day in the history of Balochistan that the
Provincial Assembly has rejected the resolution for local languages
as the medium of instruction for the children of Balochistan.
As it is said that "the democracy is the game of numbers" since
Baloch are becoming minority in their own land so there is no hope
for them in the parliamentary system. Those who believe in that
system as Baloch Patriot mentioned they are there to serve their
masters in Islamabad for their own interests. It is the last bitter experience
for Baloch that they should never believe that they can get any right from these Assemblies. Baloch should never make mistakes to elect and send their members in these palaces of injustice.
Baloch have the only way that is to struggle and achieve their independence from this so called and sham democracy.
We can see real democracy in action in Scandinavian countries.
Sweden with a population of few hundred Baloch and other nationalities pays from its taxpayersâ?T money for the education of Balochi, Kurdish and other languages of those communities who
live there, but Pakistan with a population of ten million Baloch is
not ready to recognize the basic right of teaching Baloch children in
their mother tongue which is a right recognized by UNESCO.
Thanks.
