The Islamabad govt. again is trying to deceive the small provinces by NFC award. The stooges of Punjab and Islamabad are once again there to have NFC award of their choice in which the resources of the country will be divided by these agents of Punjab for five years more.
The poverty line in all small provinces is increasing day by day as they have no resources for the development of their people.
The last NFC award which was just for five years and was extended for two years more ,was announced by Farooq Laghari the biggest traitor of this country just one month early of an elected govt. was about to established I mean when elections were held in 1997 Feb., and the govt was about to be formed in Feb. just one month before that is in Jan. he announced that award and in that the share of the Punjabi federal govt was raised to 62.50% and the share of all provinces was reduced to 32.50%.
That award was not discussed in National assembly and nor in all provincial assemblies as per constitutional requirement.
We will never accept this unjustified distribution of resources as it is the provinces that are catering for the social and economic development of the people and the resolutions passed by assemblies for the increase of provinces share to 60% and center to 40%.
We all provinces should be united on one point that share of provinces should be enhanced to 60% and that no award should be announced until it is not discussed in four provincial assemblies as mentioned in article 160 of the constitution. It is mentioned in constitution that the recommendations of NFC will be discussed in assemblies and after that award will be announced. As per these recommendations.
The establishment again trying to capture the resources of the provinces.
Time has come when every one irrespective of his or her political affiliations should unite on one point and that all the resources should be included in divisible pool, as every one knows that federal govt. is taking nearly 34% of the total resources at source and that amount is not included in divisible pool.
