We are the sons, daughters, mothers and wives of those innocent Balochis who are facing extreme, awful and terrible life behind the bars or have been murdered with no connections in any criminal activity. Their only sin is that they were borne as unfortunate Baloch and Sunni Muslims. Our dearest ones are:
1. Akbar Baloch
2. Dilmurad Baloch
3. Shah dad Baloch
4. Deen Mohammed Baloch
5. Noor Mohammed Baloch
Who are tolerating extreme torture and pain as the punishment of their innocence and guiltless.
Who is responsible for my fatherâ?Ts unlawful death?
My fatherâ?Ts only fault was that he did not convert to shiasm and refused to allow a Shia Mullah to distribute book about shiasm in our area.
He was abducted by the Gajers (pasdars) the government agents on 26th of June 2002 from our hometown Sarawan Balochistan. He never returned home since than. We contacted the local pasdars they just ignore us. We waited till 6 six months, but we had no sine of his returning home. In the end of December we once again contacted the Iranian authorities about Akbar Balochâ?Ts where about. They said that theyâ?Tll find out about him.
My father was killed in police detention in 2nd August 2003. He was treated brutally and harshly which resulted in his death. There were many wound on his head and other parts of body, which proves that he was treated brutally and was torture in jail. I still do not know why my father was treated so inhumanly and was snatched from me for ever. He was 35 and left three of us behind him. I ask for a judicial inquiry for death of my father.
Where is my brother Noor Mohammed Baloch?
My son was arrested in June 2002 only a few days before Akbar Baloch was kidnapped. His fault like Akbar Baloch was that he refused to allow the Shia leader to go into our mosque and preach about shiasm. It worth mentioning that Some Shia men (seems to be state terrorists) with there leader (Mullah) came to our house and invite us to convert to shiasm. We refused to change of religion and ask them to leave our house. Later on my brother his friend Akbar Baloch and his son Faiz were stopped by same Shia men when they going to attend the Friday prayer in our mosque. They ask Mr Noor Mohammed to allow them to go into his mosque for preaching and distribute some book about shiasm. On refusing they (the Shia men) started fighting with my brother, nephew and Akbar Baloch. Then my brother, his and friend threw some stone on them and hurt the leader (Mullah) on his forehead.
The following night the same men came with some pasdars (neru-e-intazamy), and arrested Noor Mohammed Baloch from his house Kohak in Sarawan area, with connection of insulting a Shia Mullah.
Later on they accused Noor Mohammed, his son Faiz Baloch and Akbar Baloch were accused for supporting the Baloch extremist groups in the area. Infect there is no extremist. Only the people who refuse to convert to shiasm or those who refuse to co- operate with shiat regime are called out laws or will be accused as smugglers and extremists.
It has been almost two years since we have not seen Noor Mohammed and do not know where he is. However after Akbar loosing his life in detention we all are very doubtful about Noor Mohammed ever leaving prison alive. We strongly condemn this unlawful behaviour of the authorities and ask for his release immediately.
Why the three leader of Ghamshadzhi tribe were killed..?
My name is Ahmad Baloch. I belong to Ghamshadzhi tribe and a relative of Mr Dilmurad Baloch. I ask for the judicial inquiry over the death of three men Dilmurad Ghamshadzhi, Shahdad Ghamshadzhi and Deen Mohammed Baloch and other 89 innocent person of my tribe.
I would like to mention that these three men were killed in three separate incidents in Sarawan area. The state terrorists had planned their schemes very carefully. In each murder three terrorists were involved. They knocked the door of the victimsâ?T home and killed their target in the presence of their families.
Three weeks ago this incident our tribeâ?Ts chief Sardar Moladad and his two relatives were ambushed and killed near Sarawan city. The state terrorist of the so called Islamic republic of Iran has killed the above three men in July 2003.
We also Appeal on behalf of the relatives of event Sarawan which took place on 15 December 2003. It is reminded that in that incident the Iranian Special Forces killed five innocent people including one 10 year boy. We ask for an independent inquiry over their death. We also ask for the release of 15 innocent people who were arrested on the same day later on in Sarawan.
There was a demonstration in London 0n 18 December 2003 against the killings of Sarawan. The Baloch community in the UK has asked some main points to Iranian regime. They demand as:
1. The delegates of the relevant international organisations such as Human Rights Organisations should be allowed to visit the region and investigate the issue directly and independently 2. Publicly condemning this suppression and identifying all people responsible for this tragic event and putting them on trial 3. Unconditionally releasing all detainees 4. Paying full compensation to all people and/or their families who suffered from this incident 5. Commencing a process of allocating the highly responsible posts to competent native people particularly the Baloch, as the first step to improve the situation 6. Strengthening the friendship between the Baloch and other Iranian people as a vital step for achieving democracy and human rights
To the international community and Baloch organisations in or outside Iran:
* Urge Iran to open its doors to international human rights monitors from the United Nations and independent nongovernmental organizations.
* Encourage and facilitate contacts between the international community and Iranian individuals and organizations concerned with issues of political and civil rights.
* To stop the Iranian Government from prosecuting the Baloch community. All prisoners currently deprived of liberty for their beliefs, or for practicing their faith, should be released immediately.
* To stress the authorities to make a judicial inquiry over the arrest and death of the above mention people in public.
* The authorities should make a judicial inquiry over the arrest and death of above person in public. The ruling power should make concerted and transparent efforts to bring those responsible for such inhuman and unlawful killings to justice.
We ask to all Baloch organisations in or outside Iran to raise their voice on international level against the so called Islamic republic of Iran. |
