My heart burns and bleeds when I saw them silent when there was horrible scenes of flood the sufferings of women and children and today they are again silent when our most talented and brave youth being picked tortured to death and there is complete silence throughout the so called leadership from parliament lovers to ultra nationalists either they are confused or playing games, let Baloch nation decide and search for honest down to earthly leaders rather than those appointed from Islamabad or came from Sardari ladder.

True nature of Baloch leaders today:

Today most of them are toxic bosses they are belittling, petty and loud. They consider themselves better than everyone else and they don't care for their action are not held accountable, they are Self-serving opportunists often rationalize their dubious measures to themselves through self-deceptive references “they buy loyalties,” claiming that group loyalty demands moral sacrifice or that “the end justifies the means. Egocentric and opportunists

Bad leadership falls into two categories: bad as in ineffective and bad as in unethical.

Ineffective: these are our parliamentarians those who shout slogans in streets they fails to produce the desired change. For reasons that include missing traits, weak skills, strategies badly conceived, and tactics badly employed, ineffective leader ship falls short of its intention.

They are also among other failures Incompetent these leaders and their close associates lack the will or skill or both to sustain an effective action. With regard to at least one important leadership challenge, they do not create positive change. Most of them lack practical, academic, or emotional intelligence. Others are careless, dense, distracted, slothful, or sloppy, or they are easily undone by uncertainty and stress, unable effectively to communicate, educate, or delegate, and so on.

Unethical: Sardars, Nawabs and Waderas are unethical undemocratic fails to distinguish between right and wrong, they commit mistakes thinking they are always the boss and right, these leaders and some of their followers are uncaring or unkind. Ignored or discounted are the needs, wants, and wishes of most members of their groups’ tribes or organization, especially subordinates.

They are more Rigid and some of their followers are stiff and unyielding. Although they may be competent, they are unable or unwilling to adapt to new ideas, new information or changing times.

They are in hereditary Corrupt and they lie, cheat, or steal which exceeds all the norms, they put self-interest ahead of the public interest minimize or disregard the health and welfare or interests of  others that is, those outside their group or organization.

Evil: They often commit atrocities. They use violence pain and threats of violence as an instrument of power. The harm done to men, women, and children is severe rather than slight. Their harm can be physical, psychological, or both. They are bad because they are both ineffective and unethical.

There are two historical aspects in understandings of their corrupt way of rule, namely motives and consequences. The corrupt motive is wealth, status and power, or more specifically self-enrichment, self-indulgence and power preservation the consequences of their political corruption are institutional stagnation and decay, arbitrary power, authoritarian tendencies and reduced liberty.

They have the dirty hands syndrome “Dirty hands” in simple words is a thief and are said to result when a leader encounters a conflict of duties or values and must choose between alternatives, none of which is entirely satisfactory.

These Sardars and Nawabs are distinguished self-serving opportunists those who suffer under their corruption sincerely desire to get away with them.

The word corruption derives from the Latin for “broken” and has a decidedly negative connotation, implying a loss of wholeness or integrity so a person who sacrifices his own principles one time becomes more likely to do so again in the future, Corruption may be a long, irresistible journey down a very slippery slope. Thus, they are allowing poor people to put their lives at risk in order to protect their corrupt way of life.

Destructive leadership: He is a leader who is defined as the systematic and repeated behaviour that violates the legitimate interest of the organisation by undermining and/or sabotaging the organisation's goals, tasks, resources, and effectiveness or the motivation, and well-being. They are always tyrannical wish everybody follow them they tend to brainwash people  to  accept their leadership without any questions or debates, if anybody questions they are marked them as enemy agents and labeled as traitors these behaviors are of dictatorial  and such leaders can be rarely be found among common middleclass these are people who are not leaders who climbed the ladder from bottom but came through parachutes use their hereditary  positions made through family or parents  they intend easy life to make money and eat the cream of nation, they are parasites of the highest ranks they must be ejected by using all means.

Good leaders:

A leader must use his writ to bring stability harmony understandings between different layers of community, society and should never miss use his writ in subduing his political opponents if the political opponents strives for the same goals but they rather use differ  ways and means, those who strive for common objectives must sit together and have an honest dialogue and bring their positions closer should not work against each other but give each other a helping hand, they must mutually agree upon purposes help people achieve consensus, assume responsibility, work for the common good, and build community and nation.

All leaders must make use of their power. The central issue of power in leadership is not Will it be used? But rather will it be used wisely and well?

Most important thing for Baloch leadership today that they must conceive and articulate their goals that lift people out of their petty preoccupations tribal conflicts’ political differences and unite them in pursuit of objectives worthy of their best efforts. Rightly Winston Churchill said that the price of greatness is responsibility. We all must assume our responsibilities with maximum honesty and be self severing servants of our Nation to give it a new life and hope.
